Marco has been managing a number of family properties on a tourist level for about ten years located in Mondello (near the famous "Caribbean" beach of the city of Palermo), on the enchanting island of Favignana (opposite Trapani), and recently also in the historic center of Palermo .
The passion with which I manage these activities is demonstrated by the excellent reviews and scores released by guests on the main tourist booking sites: on AirBnB it is a Super Host , with scores of 4.7 out of five stars , while on Booking it is positioned on 9.6 points out of 10 (Mondello villa).
For me, hosting means guaranteeing the tourist constant and attentive assistance , but at the same time discreet , and above all making sure that the guest can feel that he is at home .
I retired a few years ago (I was a bank official), and now I dedicate myself full time to the management of the family tourist properties, always trying to improve the quality of hospitality.
I know English and French, albeit with a basic level of knowledge ... but I still manage to understand and make myself understood. For the check in some times I also make use of collaborators who speak English.
By law, I cannot offer additional tourist services (e.g. transfers, bike rental, tourist guides, etc.) as my business exclusively concerns the "non-professional short-term rental" of tourist properties. However, to guests who ask me for information, I always give advice and suggestions for buying these services on the market, with a view to getting them good value for money.
